Submitting this form will hold a spot for your child on our registration list. Once you have submitted the online form you will ALSO SUBMIT a paper registration form and the $50 fee to finalize his/her registration.

Please note: A child’s registration is not considered final until you receive confirmation email from our registration chairperson.

Classes are filled on a first come-first serve basis and based

upon receipt of registration (not postmark, etc.). 

Registration form and fee must be complete in order for a spot to be issued to any child. Classes may fill up prior to receipt and completing of your application.  If necessary, we will utilize a waiting list for classes which may fill up.
